This document outlines Peter Lim's goals and motivation plan for 2009. His short term goal for 2009 is to qualify for an incentive trip by achieving personal sales of RM 2.5 million, recruiting 10 direct agents and 30 indirect agents, and achieving group sales of RM 10 million. To achieve this, he plans to see 10 people per week for sales, 5 agents/prospects per week for recruitment, organize recruitment events every 2 months, conduct biweekly training, and hold seminars every 3 months. His long term 7 year goal is to earn RM 20,000 in passive income by January 2015 in order to be a full time father and part time consultant.
