This document summarizes measurements taken to calculate the radius of Earth and distance to the Moon. It describes Eratosthenes' method of using angles and distances between two locations to determine Earth's circumference and diameter. Tables show distance and angle measurements from schools in different countries. Calculations are shown using measurements of Earth and Moon shadows during eclipses to determine their diameters. The distance to an artificial eclipse of the Moon created using a coin is also used to calculate the Moon's diameter and distance from Earth. The final calculated distance between Earth and Moon is 397,393 km.
