Many nonprofit sports organizations receive their funds through different means, such as donations
or fundraisers. One such nonprofit is Hume Lake. Hume Lake, although not specifically a sports
nonprofit, is a Christian camp for all ages which receives money through donors and membership
fees paid by campers. However, different methods can also be used to raise funds for Hume, such
as the Humetastic pillow fight. Ultimately, after brainstorming the perfect Humetastic pillow fight,
this event not only brings profit to Hume as it pays the staff and adds money to the Hume special
events reserve, but also encourages Hume youth to devote their lives to Jesus and form the priority
of prayer while building Christian community.
Hume Lake is a Christian camp located in California and serves an important function and mission
in the lives of their campers. This organization is specifically located in the Sierra Nevada, near
Fresno county, in central California. Surrounded by a reservoir, Hume Lake allows their campers to
feel connected in community as they spend time doing different outdoor activities such as playing

results from the three tests I undertake and use them to find out what career paths would better

My assigned 4 letter Myers Briggs Type Indicator was ESTJ. This translates too Extraversion,

minutes for an individual child to take the assessment; however, because of the time commitment
for each individual child, this assessment would not be an ideal source of information for an entire
class. In contrast, the DIBELS Oral Reading Fluency assessment only required ten minutes to
assess an individual child, and this assessment would be ideal for testing an entire class. I also
realized that the Informal Phonics Survey provides more detailed information than the DIBELS
Oral Reading Fluency assessment does, and although the IPS takes more time to administer, the
information gives a teacher more insight into the specific strengths and weaknesses of each child in
their classroom by breaking the test into smaller sections (letters, sounds, initial/final consonants,
blends and digraphs, long and short vowels, closed syllables, soft c/g generalization, open
syllables, special vowels, syllabication, and common syllables). This breakdown of the assessment

I have to be proficient in CAD, but at the time of the application I m only taking classes for
CAD. So the question is, do I still apply knowing that I am not fully qualified for the job. To

low loads and idling because the exhaust temperature reduces with decreasing load, i.e., the density
and hence mass of the residual gases increase.
The amount of fresh charge brought in during idling is much less than that during full throttle
