VOLUNTEER
• Create and maintain database records, active files and data entry.
Wonder World Center 7/2015 – Present
SERVICE COORDINATOR (Early Intervention with children ages 0 – 3)
• Coordinate service needs for children from support agencies throughout New York.
• Assist in the development of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
• Provide assistance to families with identifying, applying and accessing benefits programs available.
• Monitor the progress of children to help in evaluator selection process and initial evaluation.
Herbert G. Birch Family Services 2012 – 2014
INTAKE COORDINATOR (Working with children ages 3 – 5)
• Maintain student enrollment throughout the year to ensure all vacancies are filled.
• Performed internal audits for children and special projects assigned by Principal and supervisors.
• Tracked completion of annual and quarterly progress reports to ensure compliance.
• Scheduled meetings with parents, teachers and District Administrator.

• Instructed students individually and in groups, using various teaching methods such as lectures,
