The institutional repository calls attention to the library’s unique ability to facilitate campus-wide collaboration and fosters community by uniting disparate groups around a common purpose. More specifically, the institutional repository can play an important role in recruiting new students, enhancing current students’ desire to produce high quality work, strengthening institutional engagement among alumni, enriching relationships with the surrounding community, and more. But to come to fruition, these possibilities require strong, collaborative, on-going partnerships between librarians and the rest of campus – partnerships developed by thoughtful, imaginative outreach efforts tailored to the institutional culture.

Adolescents Resilience and their Educational Advancement in Secondary Schools...
Bouncing back and taking responsibility of our action is what we need to overcome the 21st century challenges. The purpose of this study was to investigate “the role of agency in the educational advancement of adolescents in Mbanga Sub Division. Agency was operationalized as understanding how mind work, future picture through symbols, directed mind, forethought about the future, optimistic about dreams, blame of failures, responsible for action, reflect before acting and sound thoughts. The study employed mixed method and questionnaire was used for data collection. The purposive sampling technique was used with the sample of 260 students. Data was analyzed using both the descriptive and inferential statistics. The descriptive statistical tools were frequency count, percentages and Spearman rho test to establish the relationship between agency and educational advancement. The findings revealed that Findings affirmed that there was a significant and positive relationship between agency and educational advancement of adolescents P 0.001 far less than 0.05 level . The positive sign of the correlation value R= 0.496 implied that adolescents were more likely to advance in their education or resist academically when their agency was high. Based on the findings, some recommendations were made that the adolescents should be sensitized on forums like seminars, television and radio to be more resilient and agentic so than their performance should increase and which will make them to remain in school despite adversities. Adolescents should be seen as contributors to the welfare of society not passive agents. The positive sign of the correlation value R= 0.496 implied that adolescents were more likely to advance in their education or resist academically when their agency was high. Based on the findings, some recommendations were made that the adolescents should be sensitized on forums like seminars, television and radio to be more resilient and agentic so than their performance should increase and which will make them to remain in school despite adversities. Adolescents should be seen as contributors to the welfare of society not passive agents.
