Who we areNoviasalcedo Foundation (NSF) is a not-for-profit private cultural foundation committed to sustainability. Our missionis to accompany young people in finding their place in the world of work and in wider society.

NSF Human SchoolBridging the gap between education and employment through:Information Services, orientation and coaching on labour market trends, educational and professional opportunities etc.Training programmesin key innovative areas for young professionalsInternational Mobility - Work placement abroad for young professionals in areas of innovation.Professional integration – national work placements, brokering relations between organisations and young people in the labour market
Management support for organisations in areas such as Excellence, CSR, employee VolunteeringResearch Laboratory on Social InnovationLaunched in 2009, this Action-research lab builds on 10 years of research by NSF.It’sunique research agenda is based on knowledge and data gathered from the field experience of NSF.Youth Trendwatch XXI®: Observes trends and undertakes research on education, values, economic environment, labour market Relies on active contributions from an international community of experts.Mobilises high-level stakeholders, provokes and influences, through active collaboration and engagement a transfer of knowledge between political and socio-economic actors.Publications include bi-annual situational reports, thematic research on CSR, Governance, Quality of work…)NSF is accredited by the Basque Network for Science and Technology as an intermediary for the dissemination of research and innovation
