Mohammed Abed Al Hourani is a Palestinian project manager born in Algeria with over 14 years of experience managing educational, health, and economic development projects for Palestinian refugees in Lebanon. He has a Master's in Finance and has managed over 250 projects totaling millions of dollars for organizations like the EU, UN, and foreign embassies. Currently he is the Deputy Country Director for the Welfare Association in Lebanon, overseeing a team of 10 project coordinators.
