Mr. Mohammad Iqbal Ghori has over 25 years of experience in leadership positions in both public and private sectors. As president of ICMAP from 2016-2017, he introduced several initiatives to strengthen the institution globally and locally, including establishing mutual recognition agreements with international accounting bodies, organizing the first international ICMAP conference in Dubai, and founding the Global Forum of Management Accountants. He also led reforms to improve ICMAP's examination system, education quality, research activities, and advocacy for the CMA profession in Pakistan.

INITIATIVES AND ACHIEVEMENTS IN ICMAP
Being a dedicated professional Mr. Mohammad Iqbal Ghori introduced multiple
applicable ideas and built strong links with the academia which elevated the
areas of education, examination, research and governance of the institution
in addition to ensuring its progress and advancement both locally and
internationally. Remarkable and significant initiatives which not only
strengthened the roots of management accountancy but also helped to achieve
re-glorification of the institution have been taken in different areas, most of

• Concluded MRAs with CIMA-UK, ICAE&W-UK, CPA Ireland and CPA Australia for exemptions to ICMAP members
• First-ever international event of ICMAP organized in Dubai – Global Management Accountants Conference (GMAC)
