Bilal Farooq is the founder of Consulting 360, providing business consultancy services including brand development, ERP, marketing, media, finance, tax, and project management. Previously, he worked in the financial sector managing a portfolio of corporate and SME clients and providing credit facilities. He has also taught courses as a visiting faculty member at several universities. Bilal Farooq has experience in mentoring startups and participating in entrepreneurship programs. He has published conference papers and received training in various areas including marketing, finance, accounting, supply chain management, project management, technology, and human resources.

3. • Financial Sector Credit & Marketing | 2001 – 2011 (11 Years)
– I was managing a live exposure of Rs. 203.04 million based on 75
Corporate and SME clients contributing 37.3% of the total corporate
portfolio of Islamabad Branch. I was managing the highest portfolio
in the entire zone. During July 2010 to May 2011, I have executed
total business of Rs.109 million that was also the highest in the entire
zone. Out of total business generated during the period, Rs.44.8
million comprise of new customers (41.1% of his total execution).
During the year new companies like, Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited,
Apollo Telecom Pvt. Ltd & Royal Airport Services Pvt. Ltd were
added to my portfolio. Total overdue was 6.2% based on 15 overdue
contracts that was also below company average. I have extended
credit facility in various sectors like: Transportation, Distributors,
Hotels, Textile, Steel Re-Rolling, Manufacturing, Construction,
Pharmaceuticals etc. I was involved in team building and training
new and existing staff members to improve their performance.
