How To Write a Thank You Letter
Purpose of thank you letter
plans to demonstrate and talk about logical steps on how to
write a thank you in comparison to a bad thank you note
Verbally explain to the class on how to write the importance of a
thank you letter and it how correlate to a everyday citizen life.
Then clarify the purpose of the procedures, touching basis on topics
like grammar usage, punctuations, knowing audience and etc.
Purpose of parts of speech
Navigate and explain each parts of speech
While showcasing the visual aid of the parts of speech. I will elaborate on the importance of each one
and their specific roles in a sentence
Demonstrate an example each parts of speech to the class while showing a visual aid to display how's it
written
Parts of speech
Functions In Excel
Purpose for function of excel
demonstrating the navigation through excel by calculating home loan
payments
Logical components will be use when calculating pmt or when using the pmt and
cell reference
Oral and visual components will be conjunction with one another as students will
visually see me presenting how to do the function I will orally be teaching them how
to do
Explain the direction of the main focus of the lession plan content and
simplicity on how to complete each function for beginners.
Procedures and Installation of
Hardware Components
Purpose of procedures and installation of hardware components
Verbal Introduction and logical purpose of the lession plan as well as
elaborating to my audience on the benefits of learning the procedure.
Address dangers that the computer and components can face when working
inside through visual animation.
Open the computer and demonstrate how to identify what hardware will be
installed in the computer
Verbally/visually explain about the different slots in the computer and their
importance in the computer
Conclusion
 While establishing this project it serve a greater significance on the
importance on how to professionally work in a group project. During the
process of the group project we learnt that not every colleague share the
same perspective in teaching methods. Logical,visual,kinestic, and verbal
teaching methods where shown during the project. This process allowed each
colleague to stand out and showcase their skills. Also the lessions we covered
in our project we believe are essential tools needed before embracing the
tech world/corporate world. For example technical lesson plans like excel
teaches Proficiency in knowing how to use the functions of excel which
strengthens your professional skills and making you more marketable to
future employers. While more grammar lessions like how to write a thank you
note can ‘enhance your networking skills with proper grammar and
punctuation. Overall this project demonstrated everyone strengths while
teaching the amount brainstorming and preparation it takes to create a
cohesive project while working in a group.
