    •Payless are in voluntary administration- they can continue
    trading. It’s a legal way to allow them to continue trading
    when facing insolvency

•STRATEGIES vs IMPACT
    •Sell Payless Shoes- this will have a negative impact on
    shareholders, employees and employers!

    •Move Online- this will have a positive effect on
    shareholders, employers. Negative impact on employees

    •Product diversification- change the variety of products
    and delete the non-profitable ones. Will have a positive impact
    on shareholders, employees, employers
