This training course provides an overview of GEMS' health and wellness screening services and a risk-adjusted approach to COVID-19. It aims to educate GEMS wellbeing change leaders on facilitating access to services and optimal service planning and implementation. The objectives are understanding enhanced services, roles and responsibilities of stakeholders, service access administration, and proactive planning. GEMS services include screenings, health risk assessments, training, support for non-communicable diseases, women's health, psychosocial wellbeing and crises, as well as resources to promote sustainability, health risk management, and member wellbeing.
