3. MALCOLM BALDRIGE
 The award was established by the US Congress in 1987 and was
named in honour of former Secretary of State Malcolm Baldrige.

achievement and quality management and are given annually in

4. EUROPEAN PRIZE
 European Quality Award was launched during the EQFM’s 1991
