21. CONCLUSION
In this project, a rigid sphere and soft substrate as aluminium sheet
is modelled and anlyize in ABAQUS.It is shown that when rigid
share have given some vertical displacement after certain distance
soft surface get interacted due to adhesion force of attraction.
From the results, it is observed that the Equivalent Strain and the
Von-mises stress of the Substrate are within the limits. Therefore,
modelled is safe to use and has long life. In future scope, different
kinds of substrate can be modelled by taking different materials
and by giving different vertical displacement for analysis.
