Hi-Team have created a new Tool which you/your technical people can use for solving
the the next level of the problem by using the 7S Mckinsey Model.
Normally the technical people resolve “Technical issues” by using “Fish bone” but when
the problem is deep & 360 degree outlook is necessary then one should opt for “7S
Mckinsey model”.
When taught standalone, technical people might not understand it or use it.
