Enhancing Worker Digital Experience: A Hands-on Workshop for Partners
Mnu speech
1. Honorable chair and fellow delegates,
Cote deVoire believes that nuclear energy should be permitted yet regulated by the
U.N.
Nuclear energy is still a valid source of electricity, but certain safety standards must
be raised before the increase of nuclear power commences. Cote de Voire believes
that the increase of electrical production is vital not only to our economic stability
but also to the well being of our people. The majority of our people do not have
electrically furnished homes because of the lack of our electrical production. We are
not aloud to build coal plants to increase our electrical productionbecause this is
acclaimed to increase global warming. Therefore, our next best option is to increase
our electrical production through the building of nuclear power plants.
However, Cote de Voire believes that all new nuclear projects should be inspected
and approved by the UN before building and commencement of the nuclear process.
The UN should compile a list of rules that regulates where and how nuclear energy
is produced and used in order to promote the safety and well being of all. This list
should definitely include that no nuclear power plants can be built on or near a fault
line because the Fukushima incident happened on a fault line because of an
earthquake. If nuclear energy is handled safely, we can use this technology to make
lives all over world better.
