This study evaluated the growth and osteogenic differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) cultured with platelet lysate (PL) and seeded on poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) scaffolds. ASCs were cultured in medium supplemented with 5% PL, which supported cell proliferation. The ASCs were then seeded onto PLGA scaffolds and cultured in osteogenic medium. Gene expression analysis showed higher expression of osteogenic genes in ASCs on the scaffolds. Immunohistochemical staining also demonstrated that the ASCs properly attached, grew, and formed collagen matrices on the scaffolds while also inducing vascularization. Users can be modified, locked, unlocked and deleted using related commands. Groups organize users and are managed using groupadd, groupmod, and groupdel. Converting with custom transformer
