Her projects include strategic and business planning, marketing and sales channel development, and financial and technology forecasting. She works at the nexus of business and technology within the healthcare sector. Scott has provided strategic guidance to technology and medical device companies, educational institutions, and pharmaceutical firms, with a strong interest in retail healthcare. <br />Outside of the healthcare sphere, she has worked with consumer products companies, retailers, financial services firms and not-for-profit enterprises.<br />Nearly 10 years ago Scott founded Scott and Company, a strategic health consultancy, following seven years with McKinsey and Company.
