(Airbnb, Booking, Agoda, Triprental & etc…)
ii. Professional Photography : Professional shooting that highlights the beauty of your home.
iii. Guest relationships: 24/7 communication support for the peace and comfort of our guests.
iv. Price Optimization : Daily analysis of ads to maximize your earnings.
v. Cleaning and Linen Exchange : Preparing your home for 5-star hotel quality guests.
vi. 24 Hour Check-In: Guests can make use of the check-in service at any time of the day.
What are the steps toward the added value
service that we offer to our customers?
• First, we start by setting & managing an online advertisement on
more than 25 platforms.
• Then, we optimize the visibility of the this listing by trying to keep it
on the first search page to increase the views on it. Afterwards we
receive reservations and confirm them.
• Thirdly, we make check-in for the guests and we offer them any
services needed to assure his comfort and satisfaction. (services
include: airport pickup, pocket Wi-Fi rental, etc..). We are available to
support the customer 24/7 whenever needed.
• Finally, during the checkout process we assure 100% that the
customer is satisfied and we listen to any complaints/suggestions.
What makes us different?
• Our main aim is the guest satisfaction.
- We approach this satisfaction by :
I. Planning & controlling all the operations in a properly designed way.
II. Each one of our team members can speak at least 2 languages to be able to communicate
perfectly with our guests. (All over we can deal with English, Arabic, Polish, &Turkish
speakers)
III. We work infinitely & continuously on improvement of services and operations to be
aware of the competitiveness in the hospitality market.
• Transparency is the main frame of our work.
- House owner wise:
I. The owner can ask for an official financial report for his property at anytime.
II. The owner can know all the details of the current guest.
- Guest wise:
I. The guest can see the reviews of the previous customers to assure the quality of our
services.

• Tourists who want to spend a holiday and make sure they pay for
valued services.

to start working with us.
• More people will be employed as this sector grows, labor is needed in
the operations.
