Once upon a time, in a city called
Barcelona, there was a boy called Joan Miró.
He loved to paint animals:
birds,

                   dogs,

cats,

                     fish…
He liked their eyes, because through them he
could see if they were happy or sad. So he
painted all kind of eyes: big, small, opened,
closed, blue, yellow… 2
3
He liked to draw fantastic animals: he
made them more beautiful,
            with three tails,

    five eyes,

                 seven legs

                   or eight ears!!!!

Animals liked Joan´s pictures so they
decided to stay there. They could fly, run,
jump and play in this fantastic world!!! 4
5
He loved nature, so he called

                      the flowers,

the leaves,

                                  the trees

and the insects,

so they could be in his fantastic world.
                                              6
7
He coloured nature with his favourite colours:

                    Yellow

                     Blue

                     Red

                    Green

                   Orange
One day, he took all the animals and
the insects to Paris. They climbed
up the Eiffel tower

and they were so high that they
could talk to the stars,

the moon,

                            the sun

and to all the planets!!! 9
10
So the stars, the moon, the sun and the planet went to live
with the animals and the insects.
They all lived together in the Earth with men and women

and, of course, with children, in Miro´s paintings.
THE END
