ABOUT MIRANILA
MISSION STATEMENT
MiraNila is a proposed master-planned PEZA
(Philippine Economic Zone Authority) community in
Southwestern Cebu ready for development in partnership
with investors. Development components are five
resorts, two 18–hole golfcourses, two marinas, interna-
tional retirement villages, residential subdivisions,
commercial and industrial components.
UTILITIES & INFRASTRACTURE
• Major roads from Cebu City and the Project Site are the
South Reclamation Road (SRP) to Carcar/Barili: 50.7
km. (good roads) Mantalongon, Barili to Vito project
site: 9.7 km.(road needs improvement) (Total: 60.4 km.)
• Power Supply: CEBECO, a local electric power
cooperative
• Telecommunications: GLOBE , SMART and SUN
• Water System: MiraNila must source and distribute its
own water network within the project area from
springs and aquifers . Desalination or a dual-system
must be considered.
• Horizontal infrastructure and utilities : must be
provided by MiraNila.

from lower Hilasgasan creek (1 Km).

the Vito beachline (3 Km).
** Road (1) represents a ‘crude model’ of so-called
‘missing link’ in the circumferential road plan for the

  • 5. MISSION STATEMENT MiraNila is a proposed master-planned PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) community in Southwestern Cebu ready for development in partnership with investors. Development components are five resorts, two 18–hole golfcourses, two marinas, interna- tional retirement villages, residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial components.
  • 6. UTILITIES & INFRASTRACTURE • Major roads from Cebu City and the Project Site are the South Reclamation Road (SRP) to Carcar/Barili: 50.7 km. (good roads) Mantalongon, Barili to Vito project site: 9.7 km.(road needs improvement) (Total: 60.4 km.) • Power Supply: CEBECO, a local electric power cooperative • Telecommunications: GLOBE , SMART and SUN • Water System: MiraNila must source and distribute its own water network within the project area from springs and aquifers . Desalination or a dual-system must be considered. • Horizontal infrastructure and utilities : must be provided by MiraNila.

THIS SITE Right by Tañon Strait with Negros Island across this historic channel, on an elevated portion of between 50 to 100 meters above sea level.
