Speaker: Andrew W. Kelly, DDS, FAGD, DABOI, FAAID
Dr. Kelly is a graduate of California State University Long Beach and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University. He received his
advanced implant training from the Core-Vent Institute in Encino, California, and the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Ga. He is a Diplomate of the
American Board of Oral Implantology a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a member of In-
ternational Congress of Oral Implantology, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Kelly is a published author
and he is a product evaluator for a number of leading dental implant related companies. He was the dental director at Vencor Hospital in Los Angeles, Cali-
fornia. He has lectured on Dental Implants, History Of Dental Implants, Treatment Planning, Risk Assessment, Case Planning, Hands-On Surgical, Hands-On
