This project aims to promote integral development and revaluation of craft products from native communities along the Marañon River in Peru's Loreto region through training and sustainable production in harmony with biodiversity. The project will be carried out in 2011 in Puerto Peru community with participation from local families and support from the municipality. Workshops will provide training on culture, crafts, and environmental conservation to qualify residents and boost production of items like purses, jewelry, and clothing made from wood carvings.
