@ What measure to be taken to improve the ad and overall improvement in form of increase in
overall growth in business and will help them to prosper in the Radio world



(The measure that we have taken would be the innovation and readjustment of functionality of
the broadcast)

    Thus Mirchi has to Decide about their management decision problem, formulate the
     marketing research problem
    Thus we will incorporate the measures to help Mirchi prosper in the market of
     competitiveness

Thus following improvement can be incorporated to help Mirchi prosper in their business and
help them to be market leader and one of the top ad attar actions for them

   A) We can incorporate the features like traffic direction to the people listening to Mirchi
      that will add to the flavor and will help traffic affected Ahmedabad
   B) We can realign the airing the programs as per the needs can take an example from
      (Rainbow 107 MUMBAI)
   C) We can strategies the way pgms are aired to the people can carry out a survey what are
      the likes and dislikes for the people and what all pgms to be aired?
   D) Can categories the marketing Execs from different companies that we can offer them
      low cost airing at odd times
   E) Selection of pgms can be done according to flavor
   F) 1> Love guru (solving issue for couples and affecting the current relationships married or
      unmarried couples)
      2> adult stories and chats {but in Govt rules and regulations}
      3> play good songs, no repetition of songs and plying full Songs to help people to
      complete recording and add to their library.
      4> can include Questioners and online feedback for specific Pgms, Rjs and time slots
          Public opinion on telecast of advertisement on FM.
   G) Thus will help us to understand where we are lacking and what to do how to do and
      when to do.
   H) Self analysis, RAM analysis will help the Fm broadcaster get knowledge abt the market
      position and the whole story will become crystal clear in front of the management.
   I) VAS )(value added services that we have incorporated )
      --although FM channels are sponsors of events and happening round the city.
      -- But the can add to the societal and sociological aspect of the society.
