First where i did the case study then i implemented advance architecture technology in hotel which I had designed in that advance technology of architecture where I used Mashrabiya and solar panels and 3d modeling effects on the elevation of building.

The cities need to create an efficient and affordable public transport services. The private sector may be invited through PPP to develop an integrated public transport system in a city. The private sector may charge an appropriate user fee (fare) from the users and earn revenue from commercial activities like advertising, renting & leasing of commercial spaces etc to cover his capital and recurring cost.

attend the exposition

13. SOCIAL FACTORS
• The area of the expo was turned from an industrial
area to an area of natural beauty
• The previously owned area of the site was bought at
high prices (160 euros per sq. meter)
• The Expo 2015 had a lot of protesters before its
opening:
- The costs for the project were high
- The employees ceased working due to low salaries
and
long working hours
- Volunteers were thought to be taken advantage of
with
extreme working hours and work load
14. POLITICAL FACTORS
On December 28th (influenced by the “Green Procurement” of
the Expo 2015) Italy passed the “Green Economy” law:
• A National Strategy for Sustainable Development has to be
updated every three years
• Creates a National Agency for New Technologies, Energy &
Sustainable Economic Development
• Establishes the National Strategy for Green Communities
• Protects the Marine Environment and Natural Spaces
• Encourages “Green” businesses
15. CULTURAL
FACTORS

• New highways, high speed railways and metro lines

order to support the increasing tourist flow during the
Expo 2015
• Traffic was a problem since the city could not cope with
the millions of tourists visiting for the Expo 2015

• Long lines and waiting times for entering the expo
• Restaurants inside the Expo 2015 were costly
• High costs for the hosting country
• A portion of the Italian population was against the
organization of such an event
• World hunger & sustainability were not properly
addressed
• The City of Milan could not support the flow of visitors
• The site was not taken advantage of after the Expo
