OBJECTIVE
I would prefer to continue my career in a challenging Construction, Project or Quality management

A diversified background describes my many attributes. This includes grass roots construction of
complete Infrastructures, Offices and Housing, Petro/Chemical, Bulk Material Handling, Tank Farms,

Projects I have managed or been associated with have been Lump Sum Turn Key Projects. I have over
twenty five years’ experience in construction along with operations and maintenance management. I
spent several years at the onset of my career in Quality Control which has given me an eye for detail
and the knowledge needed to recognize quality work in all disciplines. I have maintained an excellent
safety record for myself and my subordinates throughout my career. I have a current passport and I am

SKILLS
I Construction Manager
Managed and am currently managing all capital projects in three Lyondell/ Basell, Poly / Chemical
Plants to include all Mechanical, Civil and I&E projects. This includes preparation and evaluation of
estimates both external and internal, contract reviews, material procurement and receivables, all field
work, RFI resolution, and issuance of change orders. I am also responsible for all contractors’
adherence to site safety plan, schedules, adherence to QC procedures and adherence to all other
contract documents. We currently have over 125M in planned Capital Projects slated for 2016. Since
my arrival at Lyondell Basell we have refined the RFI system, scheduling and estimating procedures
and many other refinements to our construction processes and procedures. I have also managed testing,
commissioning and start-up on several projects, set up a Maintenance Contractor at Bigler L.P. and
have managed Capital and LSTK Projects with contract values up to 165M USD with peak manpower t
up to 1000.
II Superintendent / Site Manager
In 2014 with Cajun we completed a 25M Chemical Plant expansion in Texas City, Texas. I have
been responsible for the management of installation and testing of steel, equipment, AG and UG piping
systems which included tanks, rotating and static equipment associated with Boilers, Utilities, Fire
Protection, Ethylene, Pharmaceutical, Refinery, LNG, Nat Gas Turbines, and Polymer Projects.
Preparation of test and turnover packages, as – builts, weld maps and in charge of all Welders testing.
As General Superintendent I managed all Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Capital and Maintenance
work associated with the construction and maintenance of an Airbase in Afghanistan which included
construction of roads, offices, living quarters, mess hall, utilities, ROPU unit and a prison. Project
contract amounts to 500M. Peak manpower at 240
III Project Manager
Completed my Contract with Contrack International in Jan. 2013 where I was serving as Project
Manager over O&M services at 130 Sites in Southern Afghanistan. We employed over 950 personnel
of which 95% were Local Nationals. I implemented a restricted overtime policy which saved Contrack
over 250 thousand USD the first month after implementation. I reorganized the method of operations
for the Afghan National Police bases where we were subcontracting and self performed the majority

2. thereafter which also saved the company 150 thousand dollars per month.
Served as Project Manager over all Capital Projects at Nalco Chemical Texas Operations this included
projects such as piping systems, rejuvenation of plant infrastructure to include under ground FW water
system, roads, and office renovations. Managed all construction activities associated with a Bulk Fuel
Distribution Project for Saudi Aramco in Medina Saudi Arabia. These activities included but were not
limited to all civil activities, tank erection, above and underground pipe installation, pipelines from
Bulk Storage to Distribution, all I&E installation, all pumps and truck loading stations and installation
of fire protection system, QC management and personnel management. Peak manpower at 1000.
IIII Quality Control
Served as QC Inspector for LOGCAP III Project at Camp Hammer in Iraq. Former Level II in RT,
MT, PT and UT. All hydro testing associated with several large piping projects.
Managed all QC at Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Facility and handled all QC functions at Sites as
Construction Manager for Belsco.
