Designed as an adjunct to consultation
Enables pwMS to:
• know what can be discussed at a consultation
• consider status over a wide range of domains
• determine focus of consultation

Enables MS practitioner to:
• monitor the ‘whole picture’ for pwMS
• focus on what pwMS wants to focus on
• continue to monitor and work proactively
• use time most effectively
