    specifications, developing and presenting RFPs, negotiating contracts, and project accounting. Established
    liaison with architects, contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and completed technical feasibility
    assessments. Projects ranged from multi-million dollar 9,000-17,000 square foot single family homes to heavily-
    matrixed municipal PUD initiatives in $30MM range.
