Me Piden Versos is a poem by Jose Rizal expressing his inability to write poetry anymore due to his isolation and sadness living abroad away from his homeland. The poem is composed of 5 stanzas where Rizal describes how he used to be inspired to write poetry but can no longer due to losing the memories and experiences from his homeland that fueled his creativity.
