3. The Customer Information (CI) project was data migration, development and maintenance project. As
the HSBC sold their Credit card & Retail services accounts related to North America region to COF
services (CRS). We have completed this project in two approaches like, logical and physical separation.
In the logical separation, all CRS related accounts are stored in files. We tested all the existing
functionalities that were running with HSBC. During physical separation, CRS accounts were loaded into
COF databases and respective processes were cloned to provide similar functionalities maintaining
similar standards.
