WHAT IS MERCHANDISE MIX?
Merchandise mix is a depth and breadth assortment of the
products carried by the retailer. It is also called product
assortment.
Breadth Assortment: The variety of product lines offered by
the retailer.
Depth Assortment: the number of each item or particular
style.
 The first outlet of the body shop was opened
in brighton in 1976 by Anita Roddick selling
only 25 homemade and hand mixed beauty
products which have been natural and
working to maintain health and beauty.
 Across 150 stores in 50 cities in India
 The outlet which I went to ,was opened in
2011 in the Dainik Bhaskar mall,Bhopal
