2. INTRODUCTION
In this paper a proposal for healthy eating, low-calorie foods,
appears necessary to help strengthen the body, giving you the
strength to carry on.
A menu of five days is presented, including breakfast, lunch and
dinner. Each with small proportions for a person who needs a
healthy diet, but healthy foods and scope of its economy. There
are also desserts, desserts made with healthy products with low
sugar so they can be consumed safely.
3. JUSTIFICATION
This proposed menu was made with the purpose to implement in
daily life better food, without neglecting the need to maintain a
good supply accompanied exercise routines and checkups.
The plate of good food is classified into three groups: Vegetables
and fruits, grains and legumes group and animal foods. Each of
the groups has the same importance as each provides different
substances that are essential for maintaining body functions.
10. CLOSE
In conclusion each of the meals proposed in this menu are
based on healthy foods, that any member of the family can eat.
Mentioned foods you can find at home or in the corner shop
and its preparation is easily.
Lots of food depend on your calorie needs humans, that is itself is
directed to a child or an adult. You need to know what activities
performed to swallow you need for your day.
