4. EATING DISORDER- disturbance of eating beahavior
 Anorexia Nervosa – self starvation
 Bulimia Nervosa – overeating followed by vomiting
EUSTRESS – positive form of stress, motivation, have beneficial
effect on health; mild stressor, exciting, and improve performance
DISTRESS- great mental or physical suffering (extreme sadness)
