The Craiova Medical Students Society is a NGO founded in 1990 to promote and represent the interests of medical and nursing students at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova. It currently has over 200 members actively involved in more than 30 activities. The society is part of larger national and international medical student organizations. It has an executive board and departments that plan recruitment events, social activities, scholarships, and international exchanges to engage both new and experienced volunteers.
