■ It is used to make reference to places

THAT
■ That can be used for people, animals or things.
■ The musician won an award. He is Canadian.
The musician that won the award is Canadian.

■ It is used for people.
■ The woman called yesterday. She wants to buy the

 The man works in the bank. He is very kind.

■ It is used to refer to animals and objects.

■ It is used for time

■ Whose is used to refer to possession
