Activity List of a Center:

Each center has their own code and password which has been given by head office. After
successful login, a new page with some basic link (Patients Registration, Doctor Entry, Treatment
Given, Stock Report) will be displayed in browser.

Each center will find its medical stock update by using this report.

Patient’s details will come from Election commission voter web service. After Save, there must be print
PDF format of it for printing purpose. When Show all history is clicked, Show all History page will be
shown.

6. This story is actually accessible from center and head office. When Show All in print/PDF format is
clicked, all treatments of this patient will be shown as PDF format ordered by date.
