1 Patient reqirements:
R1. Registration
R1.1. Registration option.
Input - User selects ‘Register’ option.
Output - User prompted to enter details.
R1.2. Fill details
Input - User fills the registration form.
Output - User will be shown the message ‘Successfully registered’.
R1.3. Login
Input - User clicks ‘Login’ option.
Output - User prompted to enter username, password.
R1.4. Enter details
Input - User enters the username and password.
Output - User will be directed to the Home Page.
Process - The User’s data will be stored in the database.
R2 Appointment:
R2.1 Login
Input - Student enters username, password.
Output - Student will be directed to the Home Page.
R2.2 Refers different doctor.
Input: patient enter the report information.
Output: patient information successfully entered. And it refers the
different doctor.
2. R2.3 selectdoctor.
Input: patient select appropriate doctor.
Output: patient will show doctorinformation.
R2.4 date/time
input: patient select appointment date and time.
Output : user will shows the appointment sussesfully
R2.5 Bill generation.
Input: user appoints any doctor.
Output: bill is generated.
R3 Display report:
Input: patient select to display report option.
Output: The system generate reports on patients about the following
information: patient’s PHN, patient’s name, ward name, and the doctor’s name
which was assigned.
4. Doctorrequirement:
R4. Registration.
R4.1 Registrationoption.
Input - Doctor selects ‘Register’ option.
Output - Doctor prompted to enter details.
R4.2 Fill details
Input - Doctor fills the registration form.
Output - Doctor will be shown the message ‘Successfully registered’.
R4.3 Login
Input - User clicks ‘Login’ option.
Output - User prompted to enter username, password.
DoctorConsultant with Patient:
R1.4 Display .
Input - Doctor enters the username and password.
Output - Now doctorshows the profile. And if any customer is appoint to the
doctorit shows the notification.
Remainder set:
Input: Doctor clicks to ok button.
Output: it displays the remainder of day.
Meetwith patient
3. Input :doctor scheduling meeting.
Output: customer can attend metting .
Add patients report
Input:doctor click ‘add report’ button.
Output:login page will open.
Login
Input: doctor enter the username and id and click on to login button.
Output: report page is display and doctor will be added report.
Delete report:
Input: doctor click on delete report’ button.
Output: the report page open and doctor can delete some report according to
patient station.
Display:
Input: doctorclick to ‘showbutton.
Output: report will be display.
Prescription
Input: doctor giving prescription to patient.
Output: patient can take prescription.
Admin: -
Add patients:
Input:The admin is allow to add new patients to the system.
Output:the patient is add successfully.
Delete PatientID
Input: to delete the ID of the patient from the system when the patient checks
out.
Output: Patient id successfully deleted.
Add/delete doctor:
Input: admin can add and delete doctor.
4. Output:admin will shown messages docteradd/deleted sucessfully
Patient information:
Input:patient select to display report option.
Output: The system generates reports on patients about the following
information: patient’s PHN, patient’s name, ward name, and the doctor’s name
which was assigned.
Doctor information:
Input: Patient known doctor details.
Output: the system generates doctorname, qualification, where he work.
