The group will make a music video for the song "Fallin' Apart" by The All-American Rejects. The video will tell the narrative of a man gradually falling apart from his girlfriend through a series of locations like Tyne Bridge and Alnwick Gardens. It will include performance scenes of the band and cut between the man singing on the bridge and flashbacks showing his relationship falling apart. Motifs like a red photo will connect the locations and the video aims to leave the audience wondering if the girlfriend was real.

9. Narrative… The video starts with a performance for the band. When the lyrics start it cuts to the narrative. The narrative starts on the Tyne Bridge, facing out onto the river with the lead singer/actors back facing us. Camera pans to the left to show he is singing. The story is about the lead singer (actor) gradually falling apart from his girlfriend. The video cuts to a field where the actor and his girlfriend appear to be having a good time. He stops and picks up a red envelope which has a photo inside which contains him and his girlfriend in another location. The camera zooms into this image and this becomes the next shot as the picture becomes live. Eventually she begins to fade from the narrative and the audience is lead to think about whether she is real or not. A key location is Alnwick Gardens where she runs away from him in the maze and he isn’t able to find her.

10. Narrative cont… Throughout the song it cuts to him on the bridge where the camera is panning around his head. The song eventually ends on the bridge where the camera pans from the right side of his face to the back. And we see the full circle the narrative has done. The songs fades out and the last shot is of his back and the river. The audience is left wondering whether she was real or a hallucination. The performance is going to be shot in Night Lights (sound and lighting company) warehouse using there professional lighting and sound equipment.
