Proposals would typically include at least one European industrial or
commercial partner with big-data related problems
Consortia are expected to make best possible use of large volumes
of open data for the EU Open Data portal (open-data.europa.eu)
and/or other European sources, like Copernicus
A data management plan is necessary (Which datasets?, How big
are they now and how fast do they grow?, When must be available?
From whom?)
Proposals will also need to specify who is going to test and how are
going to be tested
