  1. According to this time phase 1 is the knowledge stage, where the first pilot was exposed in order to understand how Blackboard Learn 9.1 functions. Phase 2 is the persuasion stage, where more faculty members utilized the tool in order to form some kind of attitude towards the innovation. Phase 3 is the decision stage, where even more faculty and students utilized the tool and would get to the point to choose to adopt or reject the innovation. Phase 4 is the implementation stage, the faculty is in this case put this new innovation into use. And finally, phase 5 is the confirmation stage, where the we have to wait and see if this innovation is successfully integrated in the Fall.
