MCSF project current master building plan
This document presents the masterplan for a housing development in Iguganda that includes clustered dwellings, public facilities, and infrastructure to support education and healthcare. The plan arranges 300 dwellings in grape-like clusters centered around shared resources like trees, ovens, fountains, and community spaces. It also includes designs for 4 house types, public baths, a medical center, technical workshops, a primary school for 2,000 students, a secondary school for 1,200 students, and other educational facilities. The goal is to provide permanent housing, services, and opportunities for the community and 10 surrounding villages within 100 km.
