compares what she is feeling to a lit torch in rough winds: And hold the torch out, while the winds
are rough, / Between our faces, to cast light on each? / I drop it at thy feet (3 5). In this metaphor,
the torch acts to enlighten what is between both Browning and her beloved. Except, with external
forces (such as the rough winds) battling against her increasing emotions, she feels as though she
must focus on protecting her feelings. By the end of this quote, Browning drops the torch, thus
representing the fact that she can t go through with describing what she feels for her beloved.
Ultimately, she tells her love, My hand to hold my spirit so far off / From myself me that I should
bring thee proof / In words, of love hid in me out of reach (6 8). Here, she states that she can t go
through with risking herself. For now, he will have to settle with silence as his only answer.
Simply by evaluating Browning s response, we can see how much she cares for her beloved. First

Commercial Breaks Commercials have become an integral part of television programs these days.
We don t find any channel or show without being interrupted by commercials. This is most likely
because commercials are the very means of financing a show or program. Programs are even
designed keeping in mind the timebeing allotted to commercials. People at various ages seem to
have various reactions to commercials. At times kids enjoy commercial showing cartoons or any
other baby products, but showing a commercial during cartoons really annoys them. In the same
way programs that are targeting adults, serious shows that indulge the audience, interruption by a
commercial break is not welcomed at all. In fact if one picks up an ongoing soap opera, which
shows an hour long episode, each week is usually composed of fifty minutes of the show and ten to
fifteen minutes of commercials. Baywatchis a very popular television series being shown on star
world these days. Since this is its repeat telecast it is shown in the afternoon rather then in prime
time. I seem to enjoy the show to a very extent because it is composed of exotic scenes, drama

On Earth there are one hundred ninety five countries, and they are very diverse. There are
hundreds, if not thousands of religions in the world. Many countries have the same religion but
there can be a major difference between them. Religion is not the only difference between
countries, including food, laws, healthcare, cultural beliefs, weather, and the list goes on and on.
There is no difference when it comes to comparing the community in my home town, Akureyri, and

In Iceland the main religion is Christianity. The population of three hundred thirty thousand, divides

one third of students here go to church every Sunday. Icelandic education system is put up so that
every child learns about Christianity. Addition to that they have to learn the foundation of main
