plan) and Under the CSSM(child survival and
safe motherhood) program.

RCH Phase II- 1st April 2005

•Facilities of obstertics care MTP & IUD
insertion in PHC & SC level
•Specialist facilites for STD & RTI treatment at
all level

18. Conclusion
MCH services are one of the most
important programmes of community. It’s
aim to deliver health care to special group
in population which is specially vulnerable
to disease or death. It promote
reproductive health, reduce MMR, IMR.
It has various scheme such as NRHM, RCH,
CSSM, JSY, ASHA, TBA & IMNCI these
programmes are provide comprehensive
care helps in promoting health status of
mother and child.
