 At BMC, worked on C/C++/Databases/UNIX – technical
and challenging, but also fun!
 Future career path after 3 years?
 Always focused more on customers than only on
technical details/product
 Mentors are important
 Why ISB?

4. WHY DO YOU WANT AN MBA?
 Ask yourself
 Is it the money?
 Don’t want Technical job?
 Want to get into sales/marketing/finance?
 Do you even know what you want?

5. WHEN TO DO AN MBA?
 Immediately after engineering?
 No time to prepare
 Both marks and work-ex count
 The corporate world
 How long do you wait?
 When are you ready?
 Where do you want to go?
 Back to studies

6. CHOICE OF B-SCHOOL
 Will you settle for an IIPM?
 Go to a TOP 20 school
 MBA in India or Abroad?
 Money/Load
