The document outlines a 21st century portfolio process for students to demonstrate competencies through electronic portfolios. Students will create portfolios each year from freshman to senior year, adding to and improving the portfolio. Seniors will create a capstone portfolio covering their best work from all four years. Advisors will guide students and teachers will provide examples and opportunities to demonstrate skills. The school is piloting the electronic portfolio process and planning implementation for the upcoming school year.

year to show improvement and growth along the 6
competencies.

3. Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior
Year
 Create electronic portfolio demonstrating 21st Century
competencies.
 Include work and reflection piece.
 Presentation during SLC and Spring Showcase.

4. Senior year
 Create a portfolio that covers the best of the best for
the entire 4 year period at MBA.
 Electronic portfolio demonstrating 21st Century
competencies
 Include work and reflection.
 Presented to a panel (professional, parent, peer…)
 Expand the senior portfolio over the next 2 years to
become a true capstone project
