Flexibility

Question
 What can be built to help show how you have
improved in your flexibility? (splits)
Hypothesis
 I predict that my engineering project will
work very well. My project will work well
because it is helping people become super
flexibly. Also i reserached ideas on how to get
your splits down in a month. Which helped
me create this project. I have a feeling I will
love building/creating this project.
Why I choose this project
 I choose this project so I could improve my
flexibility while at the same time know how
far I am to being 180 degrees. Also to be able
to help people who are not flexible become
flexible.
Materials
 Circular yoga mat (red)
 Sliver thick sharpie
 Ruler
 Pencil
 Camera
Procedure
 Gather materials
 Get mat
 Draw out lines
 Go over lines with a darker bolder color
 Let dry
 Clean up area
 Find conclusion
Problems encountered
Some problems I encountered where
Finding the right marker to use cause it had to
be a color that would show up. But all in all the
project was quiet easy to conduct.

Things to do next time
 Things that I would do next time would be
starting my project earlier. Another thing to
do next time is to get all of my supplies earlier
to help finish it earlier.
Most difficult part
The most difficult part was
drawing the lines because the yoga mat is a
little bumpy so I didn’t want to make the lines
not straight.
Conclusion
 In conclusion my project worked very well,
and I am hoping to be able to help more
people become more flexibly. The yoga mat
was easy to conduct and I want to do more
projects like that. I hope it helps many people
become super good at the splits.
