A public policy group turned to MaxPoint to address concern around a key issue and influence public opinion using always-on hyperlocal digital advertising. MaxPoint located the ideal constituents to target using neighborhood-level data, adapted advertising strategies in real time based on polling data, and reached constituents multiple times across the web to influence their opinions more effectively than direct ad buys.
