Mathias is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, Forensic Accountant, Value for Money analyst, and a Lawyer in view
with over ten years of excellent work experience. I possess sound analytical skill and logic, focusing on Budget
Planning and Implementation, investigation, financial management, reconciliation and reporting, electronic payment
administration, tax management, auditing and Payroll administration with sound Internal Control and Human
Resources Mechanism. Proficient skill of training and mentoring of staff on policies and procedures, donor regulations,
new systems and financial best practices with sound knowledge of Value for Money analysis. I am confident of
rendering an excellent service to transforming and instill best practice.
