Responsible for product location management within the Massachusetts central distribution center. Specifically, reallocated high
turnover products in high bays with low turnover products, as well as obsolete products, in low bays. These movements decreased the
number of required picks from high bays by approximately 2600 times per month. Gained additional exposure to all facets of the
business including receiving, inventory control, customer service, transportation, trucking, and operations management.
Honors Capstone Thesis and Project 2014 to present — Bryant University and Wildwood Nursery and Garden Center
This honors project explores the value of Point of Sale and Inventory Management systems in a small business environment. It involved
a real-world project to upgrade the systems of the Rhode Island business Wildwood Nursery Inc. The project involved 3 main sections:
(1) the initial research and investigation of Point of Sale and Inventory Management systems, (2) the current process mapping, system
selection, and analysis of potential systems available at this commercial level, (3) the synthesis of research leading to a recommendation
to the business owner for the most effective system based on his needs.

Worked with a publicly traded company to devise an optimum cost efficiency plan for global warehouse consolidation. Created a multi-
faceted formula to enhance consolidation decision making which accounted for inbound and outbound costs, fixed warehousing costs,
