Natural numbers start at 1 and increase infinitely, while whole numbers include zero. Even numbers are divisible by 2, with units places of 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8, and odd numbers are not divisible by 2, with units places of 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9. Prime numbers are divisible only by 1 and themselves, with some examples listed being 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17 and so on.
